ADKR take on the Desert Vipers in their first game of ILT20 season 2 at the storied Dubai International Stadium. The Knights will be looking to put their best foot forward right from the start. Both teams will be playing their first game of the season and looking for a strong start. There’s much to look forward to from this game as both teams appear to be having a well-settled unit along with some exciting talent.
The Knights come into the season with a fresh crop of young & exciting players, who add a lot of versatility to the squad. All three departments of the squad have a lot of depth and promising talent. Led by the veteran Sunil Narine, the Knights will be looking for a positive start to the season with a well-balanced unit. ADKR’s spin contingent is one to be wary of as they have a lot of quality & variety with the likes of Imad Wasim, Lintott pairing up with Narine. The fast-bowling has been bolstered by the inclusion of Willey, Little & Ali Khan who will form a core group of the department. ADKR have also added exciting batters like Hain, Evans & Pepper to the unit who will team up alongside experienced all-rounders like Andre Russell & Ravi Bopara. Overall, the squad formed by the Knights this year covers all bases and they look a well-rounded unit.
As they inch closer to their first game, ADKR will be looking to make a winning start to the season and put up a positive & intent-filled attitude on the field. With an experienced core group complimented by young players, this ADKR unit is one to be reckoned with & all the individuals will be looking forward to performing to their full potential & contributing towards the team’s win.
