In the first innings, ADKR showed resilience with the bat, building their total around fighting contributions from Alishan Sharafu and Sunil Narine. Sharafu’s composed 38 off 34 anchored the middle phase, while Narine’s 26 off 20 injected important momentum with his clean striking. Defending the target, ADKR’s bowlers began well, with Jason Holder delivering an impressive spell of 1/11 in just two overs, showcasing accuracy and smart variations. The attack stayed disciplined through the early exchanges and created pressure with tight lines. While MI Emirates eventually completed the chase, ADKR’s effort, energy and commitment on the field were evident throughout.
